DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Upon receiving your order Tradewinds Oriental Shop aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 business working days (Monday to Saturday).
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail, Yodel, or FedEx. Larger wholesale orders will be sent via pallet.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Tradewinds Oriental Shop do our utmost best to have the stock levels as accurate as possible as you browse the website. In the event that one or more of your items are out of stock we will contact you giving you the option to place the item as a Back Order at no extra cost, substitute for a similar item (no extra cost for higher valued items. Partial refund will be applied if the value of the item is lower), or remove and refund you on the item(s).
