How Do I Reedem My Points?

Redeeming your loyalty points is quick and easy and it means money off your next order!

Here’s how to do it:

1. Click the “Loyalty Rewards” button in the bottom-right corner of our website.

2. Log in to your account using the email you used at checkout.

3. Scroll down to the Points section and select “Ways to Redeem.”

4. Choose your reward:

   • 300 points = £3 off

   • 500 points = £5 off

   • 700 points = £7 off

   • 1000 points = £25 off 🎉

5. Once selected, your discount code will be generated automatically. Just copy the code and apply it at checkout to claim your discount.

Good to know:

• Your discount codes are valid for 12 months - no rush!

• You can only use one discount code per order, so choose the reward that suits you best.
