1. Do you have a minimum order spend?

There is no minimum order to shop with Tradewinds Oriental Shop

2. I’m buying in bulk do you provide a discount?

Discount is available when buying by the case. Please see “wholesale” section of the website to find available items. If you can’t see the item you are looking for please contact us via email or the contact us section on the website for price and availability.

3. How long are delivery times?

Once you have successfully placed your order we will aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days (Monday-Saturday), you will received an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

4. Do you supply to businesses?

We supply Food Service Groups, Restaurants, and Takeaways across the UK. Please contact us for further details.

5. Do you sell frozen produce?

Frozen produce is available to purchase from our shop in Scunthorpe and local deliveries only.

6. I have an issue with my order, who do I contact?

In the first instance, please contact our customer service team through our website and provide your name, delivery postcode, order number where possible and a brief description of the issue. Our customer service team will respond as quickly as possible usually within 24 hours.

8. Do you have a retail shop?

Yes we have a retail shop in Scunthorpe. Full details are here www.trade.....

9. What are the retail shop opening hours?

Monday to Saturday 9am till 6pm. Sunday – CLOSED. Please check our Facebook page or contact us regarding bank holiday opening times.

10. Do you have parking facilities?

We have customer parking at the rear of the shop. There is also a multi-storey car park across the road from the shop currently offering 2 hours free parking.
