There is no minimum order to shop with Tradewinds Oriental Shop.
2. I’m buying in bulk; do you provide a discount?
Discount is available when buying by the case. Please see the “wholesale” section of the website to find available items. If you can’t see the item you are looking for, please contact us via email or through the contact us section on the website for price and availability.
3. How long are delivery times?
Once you have successfully placed your order, we will aim to dispatch it within 3-5 working days (Monday-Saturday). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Do you sell frozen produce?
Frozen produce is available to purchase from our website. Please view our frozen delivery page for more information about postage costs.

8. Do you have a retail shop?
Yes, we have a retail shop in Scunthorpe. You can find us by clicking onto our store locator page.
9. What are the retail shop opening hours?
Monday to Saturday 9 am till 6 pm. Sunday – CLOSED. Please check our Facebook page or contact us regarding bank holiday opening times.
10. Do you have parking facilities?
We have customer parking at the rear of the shop. There is also a multi-storey car park across the road from the shop currently offering 2 hours of free parking.
