Returns Policy

General Returns Policy

Tradewinds Oriental Shop operates a returns policy in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You may return unopened/unused item(s) (excluding perishable goods) providing that you advise us that you wish to do so within fourteen days of receiving delivery of your order. Please email us at sales@tradewindsorientalshop.co.uk with your name, order number, and the items you would like to return. Once you have notified us of your wish to return any item(s), the item(s) should be sent back to us with a copy of the invoice. Upon us receiving the goods in resalable condition, we will process a refund. Unless the goods are faulty, you will be responsible for the return postage.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Items that are found to be faulty or different from what was ordered should be returned to us wherever possible in their original packaging. Please email us in the first instance at sales@tradewindsorientalshop.co.uk with your name, order number, and details of the issue. You have the right to a repair, a replacement, or a full refund; this will depend on the nature of the fault and the time that has elapsed since purchase. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss the issue.
