Returning customers:

New customers:

Click the “Loyalty Rewards” button in the bottom-right corner and log in. You’ll need to use an email address you have access to, as we’ll send you a code to verify your account. Once logged in, you can visit “My Profile” to add or edit details such as your name and shipping address.

Points don’t expire until you redeem them.

You can claim rewards like:

  • 300 points = £3 off
  • 500 points = £5 off
  • 700 points = £7 off
  • 1000 points = £25 off

  3. When a friend makes their first order of £25 or more, they’ll receive free shipping - and you’ll automatically receive free shipping on your next order

  • Free shipping is applied immediately after a friend completes a qualifying purchase
  • Free shipping expires 1 month after being claimed

Account Suspension or Termination
